The position
As a Tech Manager you will be a member of the Tech Department Management Group and report directly to our CTO. Your responsibilities are divided into two main categories: responsibilities related to the people you manage directly and the ones related to assisting the CTO. Being responsible for the people reporting to you means, taking care of the overall personnel management. As part of the management team of the Tech department, you will be involved with other activities regarding the overall team. Such as providing technical guidance and help with architecture solutions. Finally, you are involved in the allocation of resources across the different activities so that projects can be correctly executed according to priorities and needs received from the CTO and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility to develop, train and nurture your employees.
  • Planning, execution and follow-up of vision, budget and results.
  • Recruit new talents and, train and develop your employees.
  • Assists in organizing team activities and planning upcoming development in accord with Product Development Team
  • Create an environment where teams can perform and have the necessary skills and mandate to work in a self-organized way.

Who are we looking for?

  • 5 years work experience as a developer in a team
  • Experience in programming (preferred .NET-related technologies) and web development
  • Experienced with version control systems, preferably Git
  • Experienced with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
  • Experienced with distributed architectures (REST, WCF, Queue-based)
