Customer Success to EMG International

As a Customer Success you will be responsible for ongoing client communication and campaign delivery for many of our Educational institutes held within the international business arm of EMG.   

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of new customers
  • Creating agreements on acceptable levels of service
  • Quarterly follow-ups
  • Campaign management
  • Relationship building
  • Overall customer education with EMG product catalogue

As a member of the EMG Family, you will be working with a young international group, based at EMG´s headquarters in Stockholm. We believe in lifelong learning and continuously develop our representatives internally through EMG’s Academy and externally with some of the best sales trainers in the world.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a great attitude
  • You have a strong work ethic
  • You are good at communicating
  • You are solution-oriented
  • Knowledge and experience in either Account management or Customer service is advantageous
  • Worked in the UK or US market is advantageous
  • You are a great English speaker (Swedish is not a requirement)


About EMG International
EMG International is a part of EMG.  The international team consists of about 30 employees (20% of the company) working with either communication, marketing, customer success or sales from around the world. All of them are based here in our head office in Stockholm. They have lots of exciting projects that are ongoing and since they are growing they need your help!
