We are hiring a Collections Associate to contribute to the company’s finance function. We are looking for a talented and self-motivated person to join our Finance team. As a part of our international and professional team, you will contact clients with past due balances in the portfolio to obtain payment, payment commitment, and follow up on payment promises. You will also work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver operational and analytical support. The working language in English, knowledge of other languages is a benefit.
Main responsibilities:
- Contact clients with past due balances in the portfolio to obtain payment, payment commitment, and follow up on payment promises.
- Review account status, advise customer of status, and request additional information as needed on inbound/outbound calls.
- Communicate with collection agencies and prepare legal documents.
- Assist the finance team with relevant tasks.
- Sending reminders to customers about their overdue balances.
- Making attempts to reach customer by phone and email.
- Coordinating with the finance team to achieve results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields preferred.
- Some collections experience preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, other languages are a plus.
