About the job

After a period of sustained growth, UniQuest is excited to have the opportunity to add to our amazing team of Partner Relationship Managers. While focusing on delivering an excellent and unparalleled, consistent service to our partner university/ies, you will join a team of experienced and passionate professionals in leading account development and exceeding partner expectations. The successful candidate will develop and maintain a strong, long lasting partner relationship through building, deploying and managing effective student recruitment processes as well as identifying areas for broader service utilisation and additional opportunities. This role will also focus on our staff, ensuring our staffing levels are right to deliver outstanding results, to giving our teams the tools and training they need to allow them to excel and grow within the business.

What else are we looking for in our Partner Relationship Managers?

Previous experience of leading and managing a remote team is highly beneficial, particularly now our teams are working more flexibly across the UK. Previous demonstrated experience within a UK higher education setting is very useful for success in this role but experience in account management and relationship building is paramount. A keen interest in working alongside HE institutions in a partnership is essential. Blending the experience and/or interest in higher education with a commercial sensibility is important for this role in order to be able to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery along with account development. This role will need you to demonstrate agility and solve problems at pace. You will be confident and have a professional style. Superb verbal and written communication skills are a must.
