About the job
We are looking for a Team Leader who will work alongside our Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) to provide a brilliant service to one of our most commercially-focused partners based in the US. In the role, you will responsible for line-managing a team to deliver an excellent and unparalleled service – consistently – to your partner. This means managing and developing a team of Enrolment Advisors, assisting and deputising for the PRM on account development, exceeding the client’s expectations and providing exceptional service while delivering conversion, enrolment and internal revenue targets. You will also be required to assist with conversion activities as and when required.

What hours will you be working?
This role is supporting one of our US partners while being based in the UK. This will mean that we will be looking to cover the hours of 8:30am to 7pm EST (US) - this will look something like a shift time 1:30pm to 10pm in the UK. Further discussion around this will take place during the interview process.
Where will you be working?
UniQuest is based in the UK - we are currently a remote working business. This position will be working remotely but with opportunities to meet your team and wider company at various points throughout the year.
