About the job

UniQuest engages students through a comprehensive multi-channel communication strategy. Intelligent and innovative email marketing forms an important strand of this strategy and enables our clients to deliver proactive and insightful conversion journeys informed by insights. The Email Marketing Specialist is at the heart of this function, enabling us to deliver consistently strong results for university partners.

The main function of this role is the creation and deployment of intelligent and impactful email marketing campaigns for specific partners across the UniQuest group. The Email Marketing Specialist will ensure that digital student communication journeys are continuously evaluated and optimised to ensure that our partners are confidently placed at the forefront of email marketing developments.

The Email Marketing Specialist ensures that the emails created are built upon the most effective templates. They build and optimise effective email marketing communications for our clients, improving conversion rates and ensuring that the universities are reaching their full potential and prospective students are engaged with them successfully.

What else are we looking for in our Email Marketing Specialist?

Previous experience in an email marketing or digital marketing role will be essential to delivering successful results in this role. You will have a good understanding of email marketing techniques, design and best practice, as you will be assisting the set-up, build, testing and sending of B2C communications as well as ensuring that UniQuest data is used effectively to inform partner marketing strategies and content creation. The Marketing Automation team is a tight-knit and hard-working group of specialists – you will work alongside this team to create both one-off email campaigns as well as automated student journeys. We work closely together at UniQuest – across our internal teams as well as with our University Partners – building strong relationships is key. You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a desire to make a difference!

Where will you be working?

UniQuest is based in the UK - we are currently a remote working business. This position will be working remotely but with opportunities to meet your team and wider company at various points throughout the year.
