Due to strong growth Keystone is seeking a Group Controller to join a newly created role in the Finance team. As a Group Controller you will be instrumental in the consolidation and reporting of the financial statements, both internal and external. You will be key in onboarding of new markets to the accounting and reporting process of the Group. In addition, you will be a close partner for country managers and continuously work with improvements within the areas of financial reporting and consolidation.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of the Group financial.
- Responsible for follow up of the financial reporting of some of the Keystone entities including partnering with local management and help solving issues related to management reporting and business follow-up.
- Contribute to consolidation, group reporting, and follow up of the Group’s leasing business (IFRS16).
- Contribute to IFRS compliance, including implementation of new standards.
- Prepare the Annual Report for the company and the group.
- Contribute to onboarding new markets and areas in Keystone accounting policies and the financial reporting process.
- Support and cooperate on financial reporting matters across functions and departments.
- Ad-hoc support on financial and accounting topics within the organization.
Requirements and skills
- Higher relevant education and degree in accounting would be beneficial.
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller and minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Some knowledge about IFRS.
- Some experience with group reporting.
- Strong communication skills in English.
