As the Communications & Marketing Manager for findcourses.co.uk and findcourses.com, you will be responsible for the brand and growth strategy, as well as managing the team of 3 marketing professionals. A highly organized and resourceful manager who excels at planning and problem-solving, you will accelerate our reach, expansion into new segments and channels, and manage the delivery and performance of a growing and diverse portfolio of products. Working closely and collaboratively with the Sales team you will develop our Performance Marketing campaigns, Inbound Marketing strategies and Marketing Automation. You will also have scope to develop strategic partnerships to help us grow and help more learners find courses.

Who are we looking for?
Educated to degree level in either Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
5+ years experience working in Sales or Marketing roles, in the UK & US markets is a plus
Excellent communication and creative-thinking skills, with a proven ability to use data to inform decisions in both B2B and B2C marketing
Earned, owned and paid marketing experience eg SEM and Social Media Advertising
Strategic, budget planning, analytical and people management skills
You have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. You are comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy. If you are a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of building brands, we want to hear from you.
About the Findcourses Team The Findcourses Team is a part of Keystone Education Group. The team consists of about 12 employees working with either communication, marketing, customer success or sales from around the world. We work towards domestic corporate consumer markets in the UK and US to help them find the professional and continuing education they need to excel. All of our team are based out of our Stockholm office. We have lots of exciting projects that are ongoing and since they are growing they need your help!
