Account Manager to FindCourses PRO

FindCourses PRO AB are a part of EMG who is a sales driven company that works towards a vision of helping everyone in the world to find the right education. FindCourses PRO provide companies with customized training portals where they get help throughout the whole process from search/compare training to the actual booking and the payment of the training. It is a global solution and at the moment we are present in: The Nordics, France, Germany, UK, Canada, and the United States.

The position
As Account Manager you are responsible to develop sales and relationships with both existing customers as well as new prospects. You will initially focus on attracting new customers to Findcourses PRO and later on also handle your own customer accounts.The team is based in Stockholm and travel to Europe and USA for client meetings a few days per year is required.



  • Lead and develop sales independently
  • New business and account management
  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies

Need to have:

  • 1-2 years of sales and/or cold calling experience
  • Proven ability to consistently hit sales targets
  • Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English

Nice to have:

  • Experience of long sales cycles (6 months - 3 years)
  • Experience of selling to large multinational companies with several stakeholders
  • Experience of selling SaaS
  • Experience in working with public tenders

To be successful in this role, you require a professional sales approach, the ability to develop business processes to achieve great results. You bring an infectious and positive energy and believe that "success" is something that is achieved through positive individual and team contributions.
