Starting in a new market can be hard. Starting in a market which is the same size as the rest of the world combined is even harder.

Having to juggle time zone differences, losing half of his sales team, a massive partnership, 150 Accounts, new business expectations, two other sales reps and the birth of a new child at the same time as hitting every target for the last 2 years and currently leading both team and personal sales to target.

Why do you think you became the employee of the month?

I would hope for managing the sales team - it’s what I’m proudest of and what I look to improve at the most.

The Employee of the month are given an amount to give away to charity. Who will you donate your money to?


Let me know if there is a better Breast Cancer charity in Sweden, but these guys have a great rating.

Do you have any happy upcoming plans for the fall? :)  

Pretty laser focused on the sales target, but the closer we get to that the more I look at other potential product improvements.
