This months winner of Employee of the month is Louise Mutel who works in Topformation.fr as a publication manager.
This person has not been in EMG for a long time but she already proven herself extremely valuable. In 5 month she learned all our publishing specificites in and out. Documenting every tips and processes, she became an extremely valuable player not only for our team but also in her dedicated slack channel. Furthermore she is a real team player who goes all in for the core values of EMG. Her positive energy and go get attitude are an asset to our little team and all our clients.
Short interview with Louise!
What are you working with today?
This week is learning at work week at the office, so I’ll be learning how to knit, doing some yoga, training as well as my usual schedule: publishing new institutes on our website, updating our customer’s profile, setting up the newsletter that will be sent next week, meetings, etc... As a part of learning at work week, I’ll also be able to see how some of my co-workers work, following them in their everyday task.
Why do you think you became the employee of the month?
As my co-coworker Camille says: “Because you’re great!”.
But more seriously, I think it’s related to the fact that I learned how to do my different tasks very quickly, and pretty much on my own (with some help from the publication people of the other teams) since the person who was in charge of publication before me was gone before I started. I try my best to be reactive and answer to our clients needs as quickly as possible.
The Employee of the month are given an amount to give away to charity. Who will you donate your money to?
Naturevolution, which is an environmental organization that works to preserve and improve knowledge of biodiversity. Their main goal is to protect the “Lost Worlds” (some vastly unexplored areas which are today the last shelters for wildlife and plant species elsewhere extinct or threatened).
Did you do anything special this summer? :)
I went back to France to spend some time with my family and friends and enjoy some nice french delicacies that you can’t find here in Sweden. I also spend a lot of time enjoying the hot Swedish summer and lakes.
